From MVP to scale, we build products that grow
We've built SaaS products from the ground up. We understand the unique challenges of multi-tenant architectures, subscription billing, user management, and scaling for thousands of users.
What we do
Building a SaaS product is fundamentally different from building a website or a one-off application. It requires thinking about multi-tenancy, subscription billing, user management, API design, and, critically, the data infrastructure to understand how users actually engage with your product. We've been through this journey ourselves and know where the pitfalls are.
We build SaaS products with analytics and data at the core. From day one, every feature ships with event tracking, usage metrics, and the instrumentation needed to understand user behavior. This isn't vanity metrics. It's the foundation for product-led growth, churn prediction, and feature prioritization based on real usage data.
Our architecture decisions are made with scale in mind, even for MVPs. We use multi-tenant PostgreSQL patterns that keep data isolated and secure. Stripe handles billing complexity so you don't have to. Role-based access control is built into the foundation. And the API is designed API-first so you can extend the platform with integrations, mobile apps, or partner access when the time comes.
Whether you're validating an idea with a lean MVP, rebuilding a legacy product with modern architecture, or scaling an existing SaaS to handle enterprise customers, we bring both the technical expertise and the product thinking to help you succeed.
Capabilities
Validate your idea fast with a lean, functional MVP. We focus on the features that matter most to get you to market quickly.
Secure, isolated environments for each customer. Data separation, role-based access, and tenant-specific customization built in.
Stripe integration, usage-based pricing, tiered plans, trial periods, and invoicing. All the billing complexity handled for you.
Architectures designed to handle growth. Database optimization, caching layers, CDNs, and horizontal scaling strategies.

Scenarios
A consulting firm had a proprietary methodology they delivered manually to every client. We helped them productize it into a self-service SaaS tool with guided workflows, automated scoring, and client dashboards, turning a services business into a scalable product with recurring revenue.
A B2B company wanted to offer their customers a branded analytics dashboard as a product add-on. We built a multi-tenant analytics platform with embeddable dashboards, API access, and tiered pricing, creating a new revenue stream while increasing customer stickiness and reducing churn.
A startup with seed funding needed a functional MVP to demonstrate traction for their Series A raise. We built a focused product in 10 weeks with core features, Stripe billing, and detailed product analytics, helping them show investors not just a product, but user engagement data that proved product-market fit.
Technical approach
Our SaaS stack is built on Next.js for the frontend and API layer, with PostgreSQL as the primary database using row-level security for multi-tenant data isolation. Authentication runs through Auth0 or a custom solution depending on requirements, with role-based access control (RBAC) that supports tenant-level permissions, team management, and API key access.
Billing is handled through Stripe with support for subscription tiers, usage-based pricing, trial periods, and webhook-driven lifecycle management. We implement Stripe's customer portal for self-service billing management and build custom admin dashboards for revenue analytics, MRR tracking, and churn monitoring.
On the product analytics side, we implement event tracking from day one using a structured event taxonomy. Every user action, feature usage, and conversion event is captured and piped into an analytics layer that supports cohort analysis, funnel visualization, and user segmentation. CI/CD runs through GitHub Actions with preview deployments, automated testing, and staged rollouts. The API is designed API-first with OpenAPI documentation, rate limiting, and versioning to support future integrations and partner access.
